How We Work

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, reliable deliveries and ease of contact. It will be our pleasure to cater for your special occasion or function.

We like to work with you to make sure you get the best catering experience. The first step is to talk to us about your event, venue, date, time and numbers. The style of your event will influence the menu choices, which we will go through with you. This is your chance to make special food or presentation request to ensure your event is personal and just how you want it. If you have guests with special dietary need such as gluten free or vegetarian that's no problem, just let us know.

We can sometimes pull things together at the last minute but we prefer to have time to talk to you and plan. Once we have an idea of the size and style of event we can make suggestions and work with you to decide the menu.

With the menu set we will help you decide the amount of each item you want us to prepare. This sets the price for your event.

Just before the event we will make contact with you and confirm numbers and check details.

On the day of the event we will arrive at your venue, set the table beautifully and have everything ready for your guests.
